Your sacred Reset

When the pace of life feels relentless—whether it’s the constant demands of work, the never-ending to-do lists, or the daily juggle of motherhood—your spirit begins to whisper for stillness.

Our winter retreat in the quiet beauty of Vermont offers exactly that: three intentional days to pause, breathe, and restore your energy.

From the moment you arrive, snowy landscapes and crackling fires invite you to soften into presence. This is more than time away—it’s a sacred reset designed to realign your body, mind, and spirit.

Who This Is For

This retreat is for the woman who feels stretched too thin—overworked, overstimulated, and carrying more than her share of responsibilities. She’s the one who holds everything together at home, at work, and in her community, but quietly aches for someone to hold space for her. If you’ve been longing for a collective pause, a place where you can exhale the pressure and soften into stillness, this winter retreat was created with you in mind. Here, you’ll be nurtured in the company of women who understand the weight you carry, and together you’ll find rest, renewal, and the deep permission to simply be.

I'm ready to pause

Restore Peace and Tranquility

You’ve spent so much of your life pouring into others. Now it’s your turn to receive. Over the course of this Vermont retreat, you’ll experience:

  • Daily Yoga: Gentle yet powerful practices to bring you back into your body.

  • Soundbath Healing: Vibrational medicine that clears stagnant energy and nurtures your nervous system.

  • Sacred Sisterhood: Connection with women who understand the weight you carry—and the freedom you seek.

  • Winter Stillness: Time in nature to recalibrate, reflect, and restore balance.

  • Meals & Lodging: A welcome soiree with warm mulled cider and charcuterie, continental breakfasts, catered lunch, and a candle light dinner. We offer 3 types of private and semi-private spaces: king room, queen rooms, and semi-private twin nooks.

This retreat is not about doing more. It’s about being held in a safe, restorative container where you can remember what it feels like to simply be.

The Experience

With only 7 spots available, this intimate soundbath retreat ensures you receive deep care and personalized attention.

You’ll enjoy nourishing meals, cozy accommodations, and guided practices that soothe the stress of multitasking, mothering, and general busyness. By Sunday, you’ll leave lighter, clearer, and energetically renewed—ready to return to life with grace instead of exhaustion.

Friday | Welcome Evening

Enter our grand countryside home to be welcomed by a crackling fire, toasty mulled cider and cocoa, and board of delectable charcuterie, cheeses, dips and treats.

Settle into your room before winding your way down to gather for an energetic reset with a one and half our long sound bath by the intuitive healer Kendall Lambert from Cup and Sage.

Our evening will close with a fireside cocoa ceremony before we nestle into luxurious beds for a night of uninterrupted sleep.

Saturday | Restorative Tranquility

Begin your day with a nourishing continental breakfast, coffee and tea while basking in the glorious quiet morning.

Our day will be constructed around active and passive rest. A morning yin yoga session, a coffee or tea break, and a winters stroll.

After a leisurely, catered lunch we’ll have a two hour session of your choosing:

Use this time to nap, read, work on a craft you bring, take a long peaceful shower, a salt bath soak, or a one on one chat with to unravel your thoughts.

We’ll regroup to participate in a tapping meditation followed by a hand and foot massage.

Dinner will be by candlelight as we reflect on how our energy has changed and what modalities we’ll take home with us.

Our evening will close with a cocoa ceremony by the fire before we retire early for our last night of deep, restful, sleep.

Sunday | Seal and Integrate

Our final day together will consist of a beautiful continental breakfast and coffee or tea fireside. A final morning yin yoga flow and reflection before we take off to return home or adventure for a day of skiing Okemo Mountain.

Your soul has been asking for this

yes, i'm ready to rest and reset

Your host

I’m Kayce Mae, founder of Evergreen, mother and survivor. I was only 4 when I experienced my first trauma, followed by another decade of a tumultuous childhood before tumbling into teen motherhood. I was 22 when I found myself as a single parent to two children under the age of 2, and thus began my spiritual upheaval. I spent my days in the office, my nights attending college online, and my weekends in church or at playgrounds.

I eventually graduated college as our class speaker, started a business in wedding planning and pursued a hospitality career within boutique hotels. I climbed the corporate ladder scaling my career from entry level to director in only 3 years before realizing the view from atop that ladder wasn’t what I wanted see.

Over the last decade, I’ve healed my PTSD through exploring different modalities like yoga, sound baths, tapping and meditation. My spirituality has expanded via travel, sitting with medicine men and women in Costa Rica and Spain, and working with underserved people of third world countries in the Dominican and Haiti.

I created this retreat because I know firsthand what it feels like to live in overdrive—always achieving, always caring for others, and rarely pausing to breathe. My background is rooted in hospitality and event design, but my true calling has become creating spaces where women can step away from the noise of daily life and return to themselves.

Over the years, I’ve woven together my passion for immersive experiences with a deep respect for spiritual practice, energy work, and the healing power of community. I believe transformation doesn’t have to come through doing more—it comes through intentional pause, stillness, and connection.

When you join me in Vermont for this winter retreat, you won’t just be signing up for yoga, sound baths, and nourishing meals. You’ll be stepping into a container of safety, sisterhood, and renewal—one that I’ve lovingly curated so you can soften, release, and remember the vibrant woman you are beneath the busyness.
