Hi, I’m Kayce Mae Penn!
I’m a sustainable event planner, marketing consultant, and content creator who’s passionate about changing the world through the art of celebration and connection.
My career took me from wedding planning to working within hotels, and single handedly making the small venues I ran more than $1M+ a season. This inspired me to start Evergreen Venue Solutions, an immersive event agency that helps independent wedding venues, hotels, inns and restaurants create swoon worthy experiences for guests. With over a decade of experience in the wedding and hospitality industry, I know what it takes to create meaningful, profitable, and unforgettable experiences that impact guests for a memorable stay.
Beyond my work in events and marketing, I’m a writer, podcaster, and advocate for compassionate leadership and entrepreneurship. My own journey—including navigating life as a young mother—has shaped my commitment to building businesses that not only thrive but also make a positive impact on people and communities.
